Stusquatch's Rockstar BBQ is, at its core, a very happy accident. We didn't necessarily set out to become a restaurant. We just really wanted to express our love language by serving up delicious food to our friends. All we needed was a space to make it!
Enter Metro Eats. What started as a one-off gig was soon transformed into a full-time residency performance thanks to the collaborative line-up of amazing talent at Metro Eats.
We could never do this alone. We are here thanks to the incredible support of our friends, our families, and our community. As much as we can, we pay it forward by supporting other local small businesses and using locally-sourced goods. Our honey comes from neighborhood bees, and our wood is from right here in the Ozarks..
With the combined passion of our culinary artists, Stusquatch as our Pit Master, and the rest of our dedicated team, we have found a way to make our vision actualized... sharing our Love through Rockstar Quality BBQ, breakfast, and Baked goods!

Great barbecue restaurant with a wide selection of meats, cuts, and sides. They were fresh off the pulled pork when I went, which was a bit of a bummer, but instead I had pork belly that was deliciously charred and crispy. Their mac and cheese was also good, made with real cheese and lightly seasoned to enhance the smoky flavor. Overall, I enjoyed the food and would return.

What an amazing place with friendly staff and delicious food! They have live music on the weekends and outdoor seating! I would definitely recommend it and will be back. I could smell the BBQ from the driveway ❤️

Stusquatch catered my niece's wedding, and they are excellent! Delicious smoky flavor, super tender and juicy. They even had smoked jackfruit that tasted exactly like shredded chicken! The mac and cheese was hands-down the best I've ever had at a restaurant. And the variety of fruit-flavored Carolina Reaper BBQ sauces... I approve! Do yourself a favor and try these BBQ guys.
